Our founding partners

'Z Group was founded by three full-time Brokers. They had a combined real estate experience of more than 60 years at the time. Russ Toliver, Lauralee Green, and Beverly Read had worked together for many years and were familiar with the large geographical area they served because they lived locally. Since Russ Toliver's retirement in 2015 the Business has been successfully carried on by Lauralee Green and Beverly Read.

'Z Group Real Estate is a Boutique Real Estate Brokerage operated by Broker/Owners Lauralee Green and Beverly Read. Our size allows us to rapidly adapt to the constantly changing real estate market and technology without needing corporate approval. We make the decisions, respond rapidly when needed, and are face to face with our clients. 'Z Group Real Estate was established in January of 2011, and we have blossomed into a well-respected business with years of experience in El Dorado County real estate. We love what we do and we love Real Estate!
